In line with our core values, ten percent of CBD’s gross profits are donated to charitable works both in Australia and overseas.

As an example of this commitment, our team spent two weeks in the Philippines in early 2008 constructing a medical centre and housing. In 2009 our team took part in the construction of an orphanage in Mongolia. In 2010 one team again went to the Philippines to construct facilities which support humanitarian work while a second team built a kindergarten in Vanuatu. In early 2012 our team built classrooms, community hall and medical centre in one of the poorest areas of Nepal. Future trips are in the planning process.

We also contribute to local community and youth support programs, both financially and practically. Families afflicted by hardship and Chaplaincy in schools are examples of this.
