Company Profile

Cornerstone Building Developments is a family owned business established in 2005. With Medium Rise building status, we construct multi-level houses, extensions, town houses and commercial buildings across the Moreton Bay Regional Council area for private and government clients.

Whilst still a relatively young company, CBD has already completed over $38 million of construction work and has an unblemished record with the Building Services Authority.

Growth of the company has been carefully planned and monitored to ensure every stage of development is underpinned by formal systems and procedures as well as detailed financial planning.

A major step in the development of the company occurred in 2008 when company premises were custom designed and built. These 420m² premises include warehousing, workshop, offices, meeting room, staff facilities and recreation area. A 500m² hard stand storage area is included in the development.

Our Team

As of 2012 we employ fifteen staff in addition to contractors and subcontractors. These employees include the builder, tradesmen, apprentices, labourers, business manager, projects manager and administration staff.
